Is this man climbing a large white ladder? What is going on here? Perhaps this is just the case of a man on his hands and knees on the pavement with a camera tilted at an angle to give the impression that he is climbing. This photograph was taken by Erik Minnema.

Why would a home builder construct houses at such an angle? Surely a leaning house, such as this one, would be somewhat difficult to live in.
